Did anyone else have this?

After all 3 vaccines, immediately after (2-3 minutes), I’ve suddenly got a very rapid heart rate and what feels like a sudden surge of adrenaline.
The first time it happened I put it down to anxiety, maybe I was stressed about the vaccine? But no serious consequence so thought nothing of it.
When I went and had my booster, I figured as I was more relaxed it wouldn’t happen again.
I was doing the 15 minute wait in my car outside, pretty relaxed, texting some friends, when it happened again.
It’s short lived- maybe 2 minutes, but feels really scary. Like my heart is going to thump out of my chest.
I’m going to let my Gp know, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this reaction? I can’t find much about it online.

Maybe because you were aware of it your subconscious made it happen?

I think that could be it, I actually hope it’s just me being stressed deep down vs an actual issue I have with the vaccine!

I figure if it was an actual reaction it would last longer?

I had this as a covid symptom so it may be related to the vaccine. I was very anxious with no clear cause from 3 days before my positive and still occasionally now 4 weeks later. I get random adrenaline surges especially late at night and palpitations on any exertion (including when I’m digesting food).
