NHS covid pass

Hi,
I have been triple vaxed and had the nhs covid pass (domestic and travel versions) in my apple wallet. They expire today so i deleted them out of the wallet and then went onto the nhs app to reissue them. I get a message saying "no covid records found"....I'll try to attach a screenshot in a minute.
My vaccination detail on the other pages in full.
However, I do currently have covid...could that be why it is not letting me progress?
If anyone has covid atm could check their nhs app for me to see if you get the same message that would be fab. I'm travelling in a few weeks and don't want it to be a problem!
