Ds did a postal pcr which was collected from the priority box at 11.30 yesterday morning

Any ideas how long they are taking at the moment?

Slightly nervous as his lateral flow was negative but she got symptoms so did the pcr. He has had covid before but only slight over the 90 day rule (95) so wondering if there's much chance of a negative due to this?

He's got a chesty cough and sore throat but no temperature

My DD's postal test got collected at 12.30 on the sat and the result was through at 5pm on the Sunday.
This was when the numbers were really high and Pcr tests were still required up here so it might be quicker now

Fingers crossed for today then

I posted my sons at 3.o.m on Friday ( collection was 4.15), the results were back yesterday at 1.15, less than 24 hours. I couldn't believe it to be honest!
