PCR turnaround times

Had a drive through PCR at 9:30 this morning. How long are they taking to turnaround ? I’m n Berkshire so SE

PCR at 9:15am Thursday, results 8:30am Friday so just under 24 hours. East London.

DD and I both received test results back within 24 hours on different days in the last week (London). They were both morning tests and we got the results back overnight.

About 14 hours for me.

10 hours for a test taken yesterday afternoon SE.

Literally just had the result back now… negative!!!! 10hrs, I’m impressed
