Fever/red cheeks

I wore a thick jumper at work the past 2 days, the building was warm and I did not drink enough water. Yesterday I was achy and shivery. My body temperature was 38.4. Today my body temperature is 37.6 but I have red cheeks and feel warm. I'm worried it's covid and don't know if it's just a fever.

Temperature is one of the symptoms so you should take a PCR.

Thanks about PCR. I don't know if I can take anything for a fever.

Book a pcr, you can get one for just having a fever. Could be the start of it, take paracetamol to bring your temp down
