Omicron - which day is worst?

I've tested positive and have mild symptoms, now on day 3. Have runny nose, slight sore throat and slight nausea.
What day do worst symptoms tend to be? Should I expect this to get worse over days or do people mostly improve after a few days? No underlying health conditions. Thanks

I'm not sure but yesterday which was day 5 I think was actually pretty grim. Body and head like lead and felt freezing cold again.

Everyone different though. I've no tummy issues

My OH and I have the same symptoms but the kids were different

I mean it could get worse but currently in day five and day one the worst!

Currently on day 4 (I think!) and my main symptom (still) is an aching body, especially in the morning. As the day goes on I feel more and more exhausted but fighting through it as I have small DDs.

Days 3/4 were the worst for me. By about 5/6 I felt a lot better. I am triple jabbed and in the clinically extremely vulnerable group as well.

Following this! I’m on day three, and other than a headache and sneezing, I feel ok. I am wondering if it’ll get worse.

Here, it was day 1/2 for the children, day 3 for DH and day 4 for me. Probably not much help 😂!

Day 3 and 4..extreme lower back and hip pain..I'm on day 10 and back still not right..anyhow its freedom day for me tomorrow and back to work that day too!

I found day 2 and 3 the worst. But not that bad. Like a cold with gastritis

For me it was day 7, after initially thinking I was through the worst and getting up and dressed on day 6. I recovered more or less completely a couple of days later though.

Day 1 but it wasn't so bad at any point

Day 4/5 for me.
Felt ok on day 2 felt better on day 3 so thought I was done with it then had 4-5 days of feeling better then worse. Was better by day 9.

I'm on day 5 & feeling a little better but cautiously as heard of people having a better day & then worse.

Think it's different for everyone & if I waited for LFT I'd only be on 3.

I'm lucky I've been able to do nothing for the last 4 days so hoping to have a quick recovery fingers crossed

I’m on day 3 today and feel shite. Very weak, achey and can’t stand up for too long otherwise I’m dizzy. And the classic runny nose with sneezes.

I’m triple jabbed and hoping it passes quickly.

I’m on day 3 and don’t feel too bad. I did have Covid original recipe just under a year ago though.

I’m day 4 and feeling really rubbish, constant cough runny nose and aching all over although as PP worse lower back and hip area. Dd is day 6 she was worst day 4 but hasn’t had a cough at all.

Bizarrely day 10 and counting for me.

I was really grotty from day 3 to 7 and then started to feel better. Day 9 I suddenly plummeted and now today, day 10 I feel worse than ever 😩
My isolation has ended but I'm back in bed!

I'm treating feeling better like fools spring until after day 10 at least & don't plan anything energetic until then.

I cleared out one little bedside drawer today & that's more than enough for now!

Day 5 and definitely better but youngest who brought us this delightful present seems to be increasingly grumpy today, I think he's day 9 ish. He's been fine for the last few days.

It's reminding me of how he was as he got better from chicken pox; I was warned there's a day when they're v grumpy.

I have had all these symptoms for 2 days and feel awful different to when I have a cold tested 3 times all negative !!!
