Can someone send me a link please.
Im confused.

Someone I know needs to know whether they can still go to work when their husband and children have covid and she's unvaccinated (not for medical reasons)

I can't find anything for her to say yes or no

I tested positive today and my husband got this text if that helps.

Are you vaccinated? If not, I guess that means she doesn't have to isolate. Thank you. @ItsNotNormalLove

Yes I'm vaccinated and so is my husband. Vaccination doesn't stop you passing it on to other people, it just stops your symptoms being so severe, so I wouldn't have thought it would make a difference.

Nevermindful · 29/01/2022 00:38

If she is not vaccinated she needs to isolate. If her husband and children have had their tests reported and done their track & trace contacts she should be contacted and told this.

All the info is here: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-and-treatment/when-to-self-isolate-and-what-to-do/

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 29/01/2022 00:42

Yep, she still needs to isolate for 10 days

Lacedwithgrace · 29/01/2022 00:46

10 days isolation

Lacedwithgrace · 29/01/2022 00:47

And obviously if she tests positive should isolate from date of positive test

CandyMan89 · 29/01/2022 00:52

Thank you everyone. I'm seeing the links but not the specific paragraph that says unvaccinated needs to isolate.
Sorry feel like I've read it a million times but but not seeing it.

Found the paragraph. Thank you all so much.

No rules!

Rules say you can still go to work. Just remember to bring your own booze.
