Does an employer have the right to ask for an employees vaccination status ?

Given the isolation rules are different for those who aren’t vaccinated then yes it’s fair enough they will want to know.

I think they might. With current isolation rules differing for vaccinated and unvaccinated surely they need to know?

I think they do, and I believe it might be something to do with insurance within the company.

Thanks for the reply's , somehow I found it odd to be asked. I asked if by fully vaccinated is two or three jabs , manager looked at me completely confused
