Today a faint line, soon a negative?

My OH tested positive about 9 days ago, the LFT test line came up really quickly and was very dark! PCR also positive!

Today, he's done another LFT test and the line is there but really really faint! Does this mean he's nearly clear of the virus and to expect a completely negative test soon? He feels absolutely fine and wants to go back to work!

He's been testing regularly and the lines have been getting fainter every day!

Irrelevant, really.
As soon as his 10 full days of isolation are up, he can leave the house.

It might do, or it might just mean there was a very low amount of virus picked up by the swab for some other reason.

I've had very faint lines on days 5, 6, then negative on day 7, followed by a very strong positive line on day 8! My kid's tests have also fluctuated between faint and strong t lines.

And now another strong positive line on day 9. Sad

Thank you! It's a bit disconcerting to see the 2 red lines come up and yet now be able to go out and about! Today is day 10 so will be back at work tomorrow! He actually wasn't that unwell fortunately!
