I had COVID last week. No real symptoms and only faint lft's throughout, negative on days 5 and 6.

My colleague, who I work very closely with, has just tested positive. Not entirely sure what to do now as I thought you shouldn't test after having it? Google isn't giving much.

Any advice appreciated!

I know you're not meant to pcr for 90 days.

But if you've had negative LFT then I think you know any positive now would be a new infection?!

However personally I wouldn't be testing again unless I had symptoms or needed a negative for an event!

I'm day 5 and negative now.

@itsgettingweird definitely not going to test without symptoms. TBH I didn't know if I had a shonky batch of tests or not as I felt fine. DH had it over Christmas, he was unwell, I didn't isolate from him and didn't catch it. So weird.
