Leaving isolation early on day 6/7 do you have to record your results?

We've filled out track and trace and had an email saying to isolate for 10 days with an end date of 4th Feb.
And it says we can begin gaming lateral flows on day 5 and need two negatives and we can end isolation early.
If that's the case do you have to record your negative lateral flow result anywhere so that they know you've left Isolation early before your 10 days?

Yes i believe so i spoke to track and trace and they said to let them know of the results by phone or email

Yes. In theory you should record all lateral flow results on the website (not many people bother with negative ones any more I don’t think) but if it’s for ‘early release’ the results should be logged.
