You can test on day 5 so Saturday (Monday would be day 0) then 24 hours later on Sunday, if both negative you’re allowed out on Sunday.

Monday is day zero
Saturday is day 5
You can test tomorrow and the next day. If they’re both negative you can stop self isolating assuming you haven’t got a temperature.
