Severe headache

Tested positive Monday.

I've been having usual aches and pains and a fever of around 38.5 so feeling pretty grotty.

Now developed such a severe headache I can barely move. It's making me feel sick. Can barely look at my phone as all light and also noise is super painful.

Pain seems to be at the back of my head and down my neck.

Please give me some ideas of how to ease this as I feel like I'm dying!

That sounds like something you need to speak to a medical professional in real life about.

I'd call 111 to get some advice, I had awful headaches but not like you're describing.

Agreed I think you need to speak to someone OP.

You might have just slept awkwardly but you need to phone 111. This did happen to me once and that’s what it was but I did see a GP.
