Can't seem to cancel vaccine appointment after having walk in jab.

DD managed to get a walk in 2nd jab last weekend so I need to cancel her 2nd jab appointment this Saturday.

I checked on Monday and there was no sign of her apt in "manage my appointment" not could the 119 call handler see her 2nd apt and thought it was cancelled as she'd had a walk in.

Today I've been getting reminders of her appointment this weekend Confused. Any suggestions or is there a black hole between databases that don't quite talk to each other. Don't want to leave a vaccine apt unused but can't find a way to cancel it.

I've had this problem. Booked ds2's, 2nd - the wait was horrendous and it was miles away, then got a walk-in, in our home town.
Tried to cancel, online, couldn't. Phoned and got it confirmed. Now received text and email about his old cancelled booking.

Relieved it's not me being daft.
Each time I check her NHS log in it says she's had 2 jabs and does she have a weakened immune system and due a 3rd jab / booster?

Don't worry the vaccine won't go to waste, it's not specifically allocated to her. Lots of people don't turn up, so don't worry about it.
