DD managed to get a walk in 2nd jab last weekend so I need to cancel her 2nd jab appointment this Saturday.
I checked on Monday and there was no sign of her apt in "manage my appointment" not could the 119 call handler see her 2nd apt and thought it was cancelled as she'd had a walk in.
Today I've been getting reminders of her appointment this weekend
. Any suggestions or is there a black hole between databases that don't quite talk to each other. Don't want to leave a vaccine apt unused but can't find a way to cancel it.
