Booster/vaccine after Covid

Hi,

I had tested positive to Covid on the 7th January. When do I need to wait until I have my booster?
I was going to book before getting I had got the Omicron at my doctors. They were doing boosters two Saturdays.

My son also is due a second vaccine too. But he tested positive on the 10. How long would he need to wait?
He is nearly 15.

28 days for you, 12 wks for your son.

or if you have had omicron you may choose not to get booster for obvious reasons as if you've had 2 doses plus omicron you are likely to be in a better position than 2 doses plus booster ! then you can wait 'til next autumn when they are likely to have an omicron specific booster!
