Tested negative day 6 and 7 but still ill

I won’t be going anywhere as I’m not well enough, but do the negative tests mean I’m no longer contagious?

Yes they do. I think that the 5/7/10 isolation is psychologically unhelpful as often people think they will be better after these periods of time, although they are unlikely to be. You can go out, but you might still be unwell.

Symptoms often don't mean anything. I still had symptoms right towards the end, with no line on lft from day 7 or 8.

Dd was asymptomatic and still had a line right at the end of the 10 days.

Dd now has covid again ^ hoping she can leave isolation sooner this time.
