Lateral flows to end isolation

Anyone else testing to check if they can end isolation? I had a negative yesterday (day 6) but then positive again today!

Day 7 for me and still strong positive. Still feeling fatigued so I guess I'm still fighting it.

It’s totally ridiculous because lateral flows are not very accurate especially with omicron. Just another excuse for the government to abandon all measures. It’s as if all those poor people haven’t died in the past now.

So you are on day 8 now Monday. As you need 2 days negative on LFT, I wouldn’t bother doing them as you will be at the 10 day stage, so can end isolation then, provided you don’t have a temperature.

Same here, 7day test very clear positive. Will just release kid on day10, but by then not sure he will have a class to go back to, as it’s spreading very fast…

It's almost as if we are in a better position than we were two years ago, with vaccines and a better understanding of how to treat it, and don't actually need the same measures.
