Day 4

Woken up today with the worst headache and face ache (must be sinuses) so far. Everything is driving me bonkers the kids arguing is like sledgehammer to my brain. 😩 it’s so weird because yesterday I felt quite a bit better! Cold & flu tablets not touched it. Anyone else on day 4? I’m definitely not going to be negative tomorrow and Tuesday 🙄

Day 4/5 were my worst days. I had an awful 24 hours. Before and after that, it’s just been an annoying head cold.

I think it’s quite common. Just try to relax. I know how hard that is with children though - my youngest is 17 months, Injyst sat and sobbed at one point.

Just getting out on the other side and still have fatigue and slight muscle aches. It sucks. The kids had no symptoms so could not believe I felt so poorly. I literally just would rest any chance I got. I would go make them breakfast, go back up to bed. Go make them lunch, then back to bed. Let them watch a few hours of tv during the 2 year old nap time so we could get peace and quiet for 3 hours.

I used paracetomal and nurofen and that helped with the aches (alternated them). Today is the first day I have not need to take meds in a week! You are almost there....just think it will get better in a day or two...slowly but surely.

I’m on the same day and started vomiting this evening, yesterday and today have been my worst. I’m so fed up and my husband is out of isolation and back to work tomorrow so’m dreading being alone with the kids!

Day 4 here and feel I've been punched in the face as sinus pain so awful.
