Neck pain post covid

So ever since I had covis pre Christmas I have had the most horrific pain in my neck...kind of where it joins my skull. It feels like someone has smacked me with with baseball bat. At first I thought it was where I had had a chest infection at the beginning of December and then covid shortly after. I am asthmatic so cough violently when I'll and thought I had pulled a muscle but this is more of a constant build up of pressure if that makes sense.

When I turn my head it makes me feel sick and throughout the day causes me significant discomfort.

As I was worried o may had caught covid again I have taken an lft a couple of times this week and was negative both times.

Anyone else got this?
