Back and neck pain?

Hi all,

Just wondered wondered anyone else has suffered awful upper back and neck pain with Covid?

My son tested positive yesterday after starting with raging cold symptoms on Saturday. We're waiting on PCR results but I have been coughing (not lots, but when I do it's enough for me to wretch) and have had the worst upper back and neck pain plus burning sore eyes since Sunday.

The back of my head feels very sore around the hairline too, think this is glands?

Just wondered if anyone else had this?

Yes my ds has back pain. It started off as aching all over then he complained of his spine hurting along with pain behind his eyes and in his head. He's coughing but only slightly and has started with a sore throat today and says he feels really off but doesn't feel like a normal cold. His pcr was positive.
