Hi - I am fully vaccinated but have a query about a collegue. We have a member of staff who is Covid pos and two members of staff who have had Covid (beginning of sept) but are unvaccinated. I had thought they needed to isolate as close contacts as more than 90 days has passed from their initial infection but management have said no it's 180 days. I have searched online but cannot find the info I am looking for. Both staff members are close contacts and work in v close proximity daily.

unvaccinated people need to isolate after close contact regardless past covid infection. The 90s days is about taking a pcr after a covid infection.

Kimlo is right, but technically they only have to isolate if contacted by test&trace so if the positive person hasn't passed their details on or if she has but they haven't called (increasingly common), then work can legitimately request they come in.
