Had booster in Nov but there's no record of it?

I had my booster in Nov 2021, at the nearest available centre to where I live. It was all over the show - I arrived on time to find it had shut "for lunch" and there was a long queue of people who had been waiting for their morning slot. Eventually got in , an hour after my booked slot, staff were rushed and clearly stressed. I felt ill afterwards but there was nowhere to sit down, so I was sent on my way. I had to stop outside and just sit on a walk till I felt I could walk home.
It was shambolic!
Now, I've checked my COVID app and there's no record of my booster.
I've rung the number and been told someone will "get back to me within 21 days".
This is rubbish! I'm 😤 How are such a useless outfit contracted to do such an important task?
I've no proof of any kind that I got the booster, and if they haven't recorded it I have to wait till April and get it again.

Go to the vaccine centre with details of the date & time you had it done. The most likely thing is that it hasn't been saved properly. If so, it will still be on the local computer & if they save it the problem wl be solved. If it isn't there at all you have more of a problem & someone somewhere will need to recreate the record. It should be the site where you had it done but they aren't always that helpful. If they won't do this, and they can't find it as a partially saved record you will have to rely on your GP trying to sort it out or 119.

Didn't they give you a card? Should have batch number on

Call the number for booking covid vaccinations and ask them to open a case to have your booster added.

At our centre we don't give out cards for boosters but if you know the date & time they will know the batch. Assuming they aren't being awkward & believe you.
