When should I stop isolating?

Hi any ideas
I sent away a pcr on 29th December, negative lft bur family all tested positive other than my youngest .
My results on pcr came back positive, but daily lfts negative. Then on the 5th Jan I got a shock when my lft came back strong positive and has remained so 🙈
Im very wary incase my pcr was wrong and I didn't pick up the infection until later or if its just taken longer to show up.
Honestly up until recently I felt very confident in my covid knowledge but I'm now extremely confused buy it all.
Thanks

From the original PCR (29th December) your 10 days would have ended midnight last night so you're released from isolation today.

LFTs have a shorter window for picking up covid compared to PCR.

You go by symptoms or the day of pcr , the day of pcr in your case so 8th is last day in isolation.
