Secondary infection or different illness?

I tested positive for Covid on December 10th, I felt dreadful and was bedridden for a few days. I was able to manage a short slow walk on the 23rd December and thankfully felt brighter from the 24th. Ever since I have been up and down, the ache in my upper and lower back as well as pain in my hips and legs has continued along with exhaustion from around tea time each day. Continued congestion too and a cough.
Last night I felt rough and this morning woke with a very sore throat, headache, brown snot and general aches and pains.
Is this likely to be a secondary infection linked to the Covid or have I been unlucky and caught something else whilst still feeling low? I'm not sure whether to contact a Dr?

Just in case this helps anyone else, I did see a doctor and she said it's long Covid. Just rest and managing the symptoms is all I can do. I'm having blood tests too just to check everything out.
