My daughter tested positive yesterday I think it's omicron as she has been staying with family in London and they all tested positive from the 26th onwards anyway she is 12 and has had one jab she is fine wouldn't even no. I tested her as I always do on a Friday. My mum tested her Wednesday as she was coming home and she was negative.

I have my booster appointment today. Im 12 weeks since my second jab. Im asthmatic and im just wondering if I can still have this done when I have a child at home positive? I did test my self yesterday and im negative.

Thanks

Yes you can. You should be asked if you've had covid in the last month, but you might be asked if someone at home has. They shouldn't really be asking the latter though as that's not in the guidelines.

Yes, but I would do another test before you go. They will let you have it, provided you’ve done a test.

You can. For the first ones you couldn't as they asked if anyone at home had covid or symptoms
