Covid causing spots?

Tested positive on Tuesday 4th January.
Doubled vaxxed and boosted and honestly apart from a mild cough, I have been very lucky to suffer from almost no symptoms.

EXCEPT!!

Spots!!! I'm 33 years old and overnight my skin has decided it's 16 again.
My forehead has broken out in the same small spots I used to get all the time as a teen.

Coincidence? Or has this happened anyone else?

I'm a little bit further on than you. I had covid in December and now out of isolation. I was only thinking today how bad my skin is. I'm spotty too, my skin on my face seems fragile, like if I scratch my face it breaks the skin. Also my lips are so sore, not on the outside but on my gum inside, the skin keeps peeing off. My lips were very very dry drying. Could be coincidence but seeing as I do not usually have these issues, likely is covid 🤷‍♀️

I'm fuming😂 Teenage skin again after all these years of maintaining a good routine. I'm tempting to breakout the clearasil and sudocreme 😬

I suppose our immune systems are low as they're fighting a virus.

I'm just out of isolation in last few days and I also broke out in spots... Didn't consider it linked to covid til now

Yes I broke out in awful deep cystic acne welts all over my face and neck when recovering from Covid, like nothing I have ever had before. This was in April 2020 and the doctor at the hospital asked me if I had chicken pox! Hopefully they are a bit more clued up now.
