Positive lft no pcr test available

Asking for a friend who has a low income and would qualify for isolation payment could she get a pcr test. In Scotland apparentlyto take pressure off the testing system they are asking positive lft takers to isolate. Can she still apply for the grant without evidence or does she need to push for a test?

She needs to register her life online and that will be her proof. I would suggest she also photographs her lfd showing the serial number and positive line

I think she needs a PCR for the payment
