Symptoms dragging on

I'm on day 17 of symptoms. Basically have extreme fatigue, headaches, regularly sleeping all night, all morning etc.

Anyone any thoughts on how I can get going again? Anyone who's had long covid (not saying I have that yet) who can share what helped them?

I haven't had covid but when I recover from other illnesses I usually take metatone , it's a tonic I get from the chemist. Also i try to eat that little bit healthier with lots of water. Just take it easy and gradually try to get back to that normal feeling.x

Thank you, I'll give that a go.

I can sympathise - I'm on day 11 and have little stamina. Symptoms have gone but depressingly, I still can't smell and my taste is only partially returned.

I went out yesterday for a few hours and bought Floradix from Holland and Barrett. Its a herbal tonic with vitamins and iron. I took it when I had Covid 2 years ago.
The fatigue is a drag.
