Having watched young disabled adults on the news being put to bed at 7.30pm, it made me wonder how on earth the care service will ever be fixed without massive social reform. I am not even talking about people not having to sell their homes which I think is a pipe dream in the forceable future.
I mean basic care, they are talking about making social care becoming a realistic pathway for career development, which on its own will cost of fortune in training and salary. I think the pandemic has highlighted the value of carers, now we need to ensure that they are properly rewarded.
I can see in the very near future a tax similar to NI will need to be introduced obviously governmental suicide.
