Line on lft hours later

I have been taking LFT's a bit more regularly over the last few days due to work situations and needing up to date LFT's. I did one yesterday morning and it was negative (I always set a timer and check periodically and then once the timer rings) absolutely NO line at all. Anyway, it was on my bedside table. Went to do one this morning and went to throw away yesterday's first and there was a clear second line. How!? Is it definitely a negative if the line isn't there immediately (within time) ?!
I did the one this morning which was definitely negative again.

Ignore it. It’s invalid.

Aren't you supposed to not look at the result after a certain amount of time because it's void?

Because you took another one this morning that’s negative, I’d say you can ignore the other ‘positive’ one.

I had this situation before Christmas and took a PCR just in case (my boss told me to). Negative PCR and all subsequent LFTs.

Yes this is what I've read too but just wondered if this has happened to anyone else. I went to work as normal anyway. I was just curious as I normally throw them straight away
