If your covid was mild. Did you get any longer term symptoms. Long covid?

I had covid in December. It was pretty mild. Main symptoms were leg pain, cough, cold symptoms and extreme sinus pain. Also total loss of smell and taste which still hasn't come back fully now. My sinuses were on fire. All of us had it. I didn't have time to rest with two dc with additional needs and a Dp also had covid. I was getting everything ready for Christmas (from home obviously). I did everything around the house. Cleaning, wrapping, cooking etc. I didn't rest at all if that makes a difference.

Was out of isolation a couple days before Christmas. Felt fine. Went shopping, did the last things.

Actually took is fairly easy over Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

But was really busy between Christmas and new year. Visiting family, cleaning up, doing things with the kids as we'd been stuck in for so long. Didn't feel too bad at all.

Fast forward to this week. I am EXHAUSTED, tension headaches, still got an ever so slight cough. Heightened anxiety with palpitations and I'm out of breath when just walking to pick kids up from school. throat has been hurting on and off since covid. But I suffer from chronic bad throats anyway. Everything affects my throat.

Is this lingering effects of covid or something else? I don't feel ill as in a 'virus' but just burnt out!!

Meant to be getting booster at the weekend. Don't want to feel even more poop 😪😪
