I tested positive 27th December, out of isolation tomorrow 6th January.
Partner tested positive 29th December and out of isolation 8th January.

However he only received his results a few days ago. As a result I was texted by Test&Protect (Scotland) saying I had to isolate until the 13th January due to being a close contact.

Surely this can’t be right if my partner is out of isolation on the 8th? I also haven’t had my booster yet.

Thanks! Smile

I think I answered on your other thread

You do not need to re-start self-isolation if someone else you live with tests positive during your 10 day self-isolation from www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/infections-and-poisoning/coronavirus-covid-19/test-and-protect/coronavirus-covid-19-guidance-for-households-with-possible-coronavirus-infection
