Hello,

So I’ve had a bit of a sore head for a few days so decided to take a LFT- annoyingly I only have one left and it’s come up with what I think is a faint positive but I’m not sure.

The nearest PCR centre to me according to the gov site with appts is a 54 mile round trip so I’d like opinions before I take the plunge and go, I’d also need to take tomorrow off work.

Would you say this is a positive?

Thanks

Yep.

PurpleDaisies · 04/01/2022 21:52

It looks positive to me. You’ll need a pcr.

NLondondiva · 04/01/2022 21:52

Yes.
Try ordering a postal PCR test online. They come back pretty quickly in my experience.

You still need to take tomorrow (and at least the next week!) off work of course.

Yes - I think it is.

Try looking for a PCR in the morning, in my experience they release more each day so you may get a more local one. the postal ones are fairly quick though.

Luckymummytoone · 04/01/2022 22:10

Yes definitely 🙁

girlsyearapart · 04/01/2022 22:12

Yes. Don’t go all that way though wait for a closer apt or order postal test. Seems crazy to drive that far when you’re unwell / contagious ?

MsJaneAusten · 04/01/2022 22:13

Yes. Positive.

Nostrings457 · 04/01/2022 22:15

Yes positive. Good luck getting a pcr closer to home
