Is there anyway to get this a few days earlier than the 12 weeks stipulates by the NHS?

Extremely unlikely unless your child is clinically vulnerable.

Do you have the NHS letter sent out about booking a 2nd vaccine for your child? If you already have that then they might do. I just showed that at the walk in when I took youngest DS. He was a couple of days past 12 weeks at that point although we received the letter in the week prior to 12 weeks being up.
