My teen has covid. Mostly a sore throat and achy body. Got sick Saturday. What should I expect going forward? How long is removery and how do I help them during isolation?

That's pretty much all my teen had. Was all over in 4/5 days.

One of mine was asymptomatic , one had a headache and sore throat for 5 days and tummy ache on and off. Older teen the sickest. Cough and heavy cold and sinus symptoms for 3 weeks but felt ill for about 5 weeks.
