I can only use one nostril (my other nostril has a scab which bleeds every day- has done since I was 15 but that's a whole other thread 🙄)

Are they effective with one nostril or not?

You can use the nostril ones in throat as well, I would good good nostril 3 times then throat!

Actually think it’s throat first!

I think they must be as there is advice on there to only use one nostril if you have your nose pierced (which I do)

@MrsLargeEmbodied yes I suppose I could use on my throat! They aren't all the same, the new ones are nose only with a shorter stick

@OnceuponaRainbow18 I'll definitely throat first, I don't want to nostril then throat! 🤮

They are now advising swabbing the throat before nostril anyway to detect omicron, even with the shorter swab. It's just about doable.

see how it goes, otherwise just extra in one nostril perahps?
