Vaccinations for vulnerable 5-12yos

My DS is 7 and entitled to a vaccination because my husband is CEV. Our GP suggested we phone 119 to organise it, the 119 call queue said we ought to book online but I can't find that option on the NHS website. Has anyone else succeeded?

It doesn't seem as if you can book for this age online. We were told the operational guidance hadn't been released yet unfortunately.
