No LFTs

So my DD has a message from track and trace. You have been in close contact with Omicron person. Double jabbed so doesn't need to isolate but guidance is take LFT for seven days. We can't get hold of any more LFTs! All local pharmacies out of stock- have ordered online but that was last Wednesday. So, should she isolate or not? No symptoms.

Testing as a close contact is guidance rather than a legal requirement so no she doesn’t need to isolate, maybe just be a bit careful for a few days.

I’m staying with my dad who is positive, we have no lfts and no symptoms but I’m scared to go out in case I have it and spread it.

I know tomorrow is a BH but first thing Tuesday try your local library. My DM got a box at hers, and my local library gave me two boxes, both in the last week when our local pharmacies had none.

I ordered some for my parents yesterday. When I initially went onto the website it said there were none available. Refreshed the page a couple of minutes later and was able to order with no problem. Same earlier on in the week when I needed some for me too.

Order some more online. I ordered some on Wednesday and they were delivered on Thursday
