Daughter is positive on Lft just been for pcr. Does the rest of the family have to isolate for a number of days?

Read the link - it depends if the other household members are double vaccinated or under the age of 18.

If she is 16 and unvaccinated you have 2 choices, isolate her so not to get Covid or don't isolate her and expect to get Covid. If it were me, I would not isolate her and be prepared to catch Covid as I believe it's a good time to get it shortly after my booster. I think personally it's a shame your dd is not vaccinating and she needs to know that she is wilfully putting her family and other people at risk (vaccines do reduce transmission). However as Omicron is relatively mild and should give your immune system a nice boost, I would not isolate her.
