Lower back pain??

I’ve just started a thread in chat thinking I have a bug, only to be told back pain is a sign of omicron! Have any of you had lower back pain? DS had covid last week (out of isolation today on day 8 following negative LFTs), and all my tests each day including my PCR have been negative. Just wondering if this could still be it?

Yes, I had this- like bad period pain/early labour pains in my lower back and hips.

Yes,I have lower back pain,but test is negative.I also feel a bit tired and dont fancy any food.No sore throat or runny nose.I am convinced it is Omnicron.
