Really recommend this year's Royal Institution Christmas Lectures. They are about how virus work, how they transmit and how vaccines work.
Presented by JVT along with various other experts.
It's aimed at older children / teenagers, but interesting for everyone. Really good watch if you're at all hesitant over the vaccine. It gives the background to the scientific advances that have allowed the vaccines to be developed so quickly.
All three are available now on iPlayer.
I will admit to being a fan of these lectures anyway as they have formed part of my Christmas since childhood.
