Starting to think my family are reaching some sort record.

In the past month I've been pinged twice and DH has been pinged 3 times.

We've only been to supermarkets, is this what everyone's getting at the moment?!

Don't do the ping thing.

I deleted my app before the summer! I didn't realise people were still using it with it showing how unreliable it was

I think I win the most annoying/ironic ping I turned the app off but got pinged after attending the vaccination centre for my Booster

🤣 you have my sympathy - I caught covid last year volunteering in the post-jab-care bit of the vaccination tent

Someone posted on FB the other day they got pinged but hadn't left the house that day - but had just got back from their PCR test

Lots of people pointed out it was probably the neighbours!

I got it as friends of a friend and public so didn't comment but did make me despair!

I've also turned mine off months ago when isolation requirement stopped (even though it was never legally enforceable through the app anyway!

It didn't even occur to me to delete the app, never been pinged until recently...admittedly its been useless because it pings us, but tells us not to isolate.

I just find it funny that it's pretty much every time we go to a supermarket!

Just deleting now!

I hadn't been until quite recently, so I think I even forgot I had it.

DH has been pinged again just about an hour ago!

So me once today, him twice today alone... I told him I will not be pinged again cos I've deleted the app =)

I got pinged once several months ago at 11.45pm telling me I needed to isolate for 15 mins. Whoever I was close to just have input the positive result 10 days after they were tested

I got pinged 4 times in one day all listing the same date of contact where I’d been out to an event. Was never pinged during the pingdemic and forgot I still had it on my phone.
