Do I need a PCR?

Dh tested positive on Christmas Eve on a PCR, I had the same symptoms but my PCR was negative. I had 2 more PCRs which were negative. I had some very faint positive lateral flows so isolated until yesterday with dh. I woke up today feeling horrific and did an LFT and have had this. Do I need a PCR or is the fact my original symptoms started same time as Dh and I isolated for 10 days mean I don't?

I would, yes. 3 PCR's are unlikely to be wrong so I wouldn't assume you had it at the same time as DH. It sounds like you've caught it from him.

If you can get a PCR, there isn't any availability, according to the news this morning.

I would say you now have covid when you didn't before, and cannot assume you're out of isolation, especially if LFTs are positive. Unfortunately I think you need go assume your isolation starts today.
