Booking reference query

Hi can anyone tell us why the NHS covid vax online is asking ds for online booking reference for his booster. He's over 18 had his first 2 jabs and we wanted to book him in but can't get past the page asking for this. He has no outstanding appts. Anyone know what is going on and how we can get around this.

Would be great if anyone can answer this query for me.

I had something similar between jab 1&2. I rang 111 and they sorted it on the phone straight away. Don't know what the issue was though.
