Child with Covid symptoms

Hi all
Has anyone's child symptoms been just sickness and or diarrhea. A minor headache at times too?
Mine have this but there is also a bug going round (took them for PCR today) and they have no "cold" symptoms.

A colleagues DS tested positive after vomiting and having a headache.
Apparently vomiting is very common with omicron.
Fingers crossed it’s just a random bug though.
