Another squinter (pcr booked)

I was a close contact last weds as was dh with a separate contact (both were clearly unwell and shouldn't have been out and about but that's another story) I started feeling a bit off yesterday mainly sore throat and congested very minor cough - have already booked a pcr for later - my understanding was that was ltfs pop up with two lines really quick - this is mine after twenty minutes - husband thinks I'm seeing things but he's in denial re his symptoms and not getting anything on ltfs

If you both have symptoms you both need a PCR

Just been for a pcr never seen it so busy . Now have terrible hacking cough
Dh has now booked his pcr
At least I have a houseful of food and wine and a chance to catch up on sex and the city

Exactly the same symptoms as me OP. I’m on day 3 now (positive PCR) and the cough has subsided, now feels more sinus-y and head cold like. Not too bad though so far! Medicating with paracetamol and lots of fluids.

Just my Positive pcr result back (quite impressed thought would be ages)
