Just tested positive with PCR. Never felt back pain like it, it’s crippling and shooting down my legs to my feet. Anyone else had this?

I had agonising shoulder pain. Couldn't lie on my right side or use my right arm for any weight bearing for 5 days.

Well it could be down to covid due to inflammation and straining whilst coughing or it could be Sciatica - with it shooting down your leg.

I have Sciatica and its dreadful and have to have courses of acupuncture

Yep, I had this (and also similar with my jabs). Horrible pain, I couldn't even lie still. Take all the painkillers, and I hope you're feeling better soon (mine was worst for the first 24 hrs, then mild for 48hrs, then it went completely)

I tested positive end of lasted week and it lasted about 3 days the pain .But in am feeling more human now but still testing positive so still in isolation Sad.

I had pains all over, but as my isolation period was ending, the most horrific pain in my tail bone. Back at work, one of the managers said it had aggravated an old rugby injury for him, it's like it picks on your weak spots. I have plenty of weak spots, but the tail bone one was from slipping in the snow on some really icy steps. I hadn't thought about it for years.
