Have had 'the runs', extreme fatigue and achy sore legs and arms. Have done yet another LFT which is again negative. Booster was 3 weeks ago. Is this 1) linked to booster 2) covid or 3) probably just some viral infection or something and I need to stop overthinking it?

( Symptoms started this morning and I still feel shite)

The replies above aren’t very helpful!

Sorry you feel rubbish. If you already have symptoms I’d take a PCR as you’re not meant to take a lat flow when you’re symptomatic.

I’m not a medical expert but I wouldn’t expect side effects this long after your booster - mine lasted a day after then that’s been it. Worth ordering a PCR to be delivered (or going to a test centre if you can manage it). Extreme fatigue and gastro symptoms can be a Covid sign so I’d isolate until you get the result.

Hope you feel better soon.
