“feedback on your test” Test & Trace email - any correlation with results time?

Like a lot of people I’m waiting on PCR results. I’ve just had an email from Test and Trace with a survey about the booking/testing process. Does anyone know/have any feedback on if this email is triggered by your test result being put in the system ie does it mean my results are imminent? Or is it sent randomly because I booked a test?

Has anyone who has had this email/results recently share feedback?

Realise this is a bit of a pointless Q but am desperate for results so I can see family so clutching at straws really

I had the survey email at 11ish and my result (positive) at 1 pm today. Hth and good luck 🤞

Thank you for that @SunnyHens. That’s interesting to know and I’m hoping my results might follow a similar pattern. Sorry to hear yours were positive and hope you are feeling ok.

I got that email at 2.45pm yesterday and still no results!

I received the email late last night and results at 6am this morning. My test was carried out at 11.30am on Christmas Day.

My test was 11am Christmas Day. So currently on 52 hours :(
