DD14 has Covid at the moment and feeling rubbish, but the most painful /irritating symptom at the moment is she's complaining that her ears are sore and 'blocked'.
I can't work out what I could give her to relieve this particular symptom - at the moment she's getting calpol and ibuprofen. Wd appreciate any advice, thanks.

I had this too, I didnt actually take anything for it but it all felt sinus related so maybe a decongestant? Sudafed or something similar?

Hot water bottle on her ears?
Blow her nose?

Thanks. I have been using Vicks rub and now have some Sudafed spray coming later today.
Hot water bottle worth a go too.
